Global Senior Director, Creative | Protegrity May 2019 – Present
Head the creation and development of the Protegrity brand, and building the new website and brand experience. To achieve the many creative needs of the company I utilize outside contractors and agencies to supplement a small internal team for a high output of collateral and videos to equip the sales team for success, and spread brand awareness.
Conducted a brand strategy exercise and constructed branding strategies to help increase perceived value of the company and increase market share for key stakeholders. As well as position Protegrity at the top of its category of data privacy and build out the customer experience for retention.
Also, have a heavy hand in implementation for event creative and execution, for large industry events, and our internal SKO’s.
Owner | Tolman Media Michigan December 2019 – Present
Built up the Michigan branch of Tolman Media from ground zero, and run a small team that handles sales and manages a fairly large list of contracted photographers and videographers in the Michigan region.
Senior Designer | Grow.com December 2018 – December 20019
Collaborated with the content manager to develop a content marketing strategy to boost SEO and a resource pool of material. Grow had a recent re-brand and the launch of a new website, which I aided in creating much of the design elements for. The content and collateral brought a cohesiveness to the brand that had been lacking, and our efforts generated an increase in leads and organic site traffic. As well as a boost in email impressions.
Developed visuals for ads and email marketing efforts. Coordinated, filmed and produced webinars and other video content. Played a part in maintaining and managing the new site on Webflow, along with writing copy for landing pages and new content. I completed design tasks independently to meet deadlines and assure creative integrity and quality across the company.

Designed and created physical, and web based tools for over 100 brands. Including Isagenix, Young Living, LulaRoe, Vasayo, SeneGence, etc. Excelled at the design and layout of books, magazines, brochures, tear pads, flyers, start up kits, packaging, personalized planner, and apparel to help meet distributor needs of our clients.
